Freshly made waffles, hot coffee and cocoa. Small dishes and all rights. An unique dining atmosphere, 50 seats inside and 50 seats outside. We welcome companies as well.
Training camp
Cross country, biathlon, dog sleigh riding, mountain bike - we make sure you get nutritious food in nice surroundings if you place your training camp at Skeistua. We have room for up to 150 persons.
Welcome to Skeistua - Cafe and cabin rental
Our place is located right at the foot of Skeikampen in an area that both summer and winter offers exciting and beautiful experiences.
We warmly welcome our guests and we offer you dining in our cafe, cabin rental for both families and larger groups.
The cafe is a log house from 1850, decorated in an old style and has a unique character with a cozy atmosphere. The cafe is located nearby Skei mountain church and is especially known for its waffles and for its very cozy afterski. It is also possible to have a private party at our cafe.
We have a total of 23 cabins in different sizes. There are 20 well-equipped cabins of 45m2 with room for between 4 and 6 guests. 2 cabins of 90 m2 with room for between 11 and 13 guests. Our largest cabin is 180 m2 and has 12 beds. All our cabins can be rented summer or winter, on weekends or for longer periods.
Summer and winter, Skeistua has a lot to offer
Our place is located very close to Skeikampen, the Alpine Center and a large network of cross-country trails - you can slide right to the door in the winter!
In the summer, the area is absolutely eminent for cycling and hiking in the mountains.
Nearby you will find Skei Golf and at times it is also possible to book horseback riding, which is a very nice way to experience the nature at Skeikampen.
