Skeistua cafe
Skeistua café, an old log house from 1850, is decorated with rustic furniture and antiques. This provides a unique dining atmosphere. The place is located just between Skei mountain church and the start of Peer Gynt road. Skeistua has a big nice patio with long suntime.

Cabins and large cabin
We offer 24 well furnished cabins with six beds each, and one large cabin with room for smaller groups.
The area
You can still meet grazers as cows ans sheep in the fields aroud Skeikampen. They do a very importent job to keep the vegetation down, and preserve the cultural landscape.

Located at the foot of Skeikampen (1.124 asl) and just at the beginning of «Peer Gynt road», you find Skeistua. Either you want to enjoy cross country or alpine skiing, you find great offers just outside our door. An eldorado of bike tracks and hiking routes, a 9 hole golf course and Skei mountain church is also located just nearby Skeistua.
